Leslie grew up in Morris County, New Jersey and is a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC.  She spent her early career working in the luxury Fashion and Jewelry Industries for prestigious firms such as Neiman Marcus, Escada, and the Movado Group prior to establishing her own event firm.

Leslie possesses extensive experience in global hotel sourcing, meeting and event planning, contract negotiation, and project management in various market segments.
